1. Services & Treatments
All services, treatments, and packages are non-refundable once they have been rendered or partially used.
Treatment packages may not be transferred or exchanged for other services unless approved by management.
If you experience an adverse reaction or are dissatisfied with your results, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can evaluate your concern and determine the best corrective plan.
2. Prepaid Packages / Memberships
Prepaid series, packages, or memberships are non-refundable, but may be credited toward other services at management’s discretion.
Unused sessions may be transferred to another person only with written approval.
3. Medical-Grade Skincare Products
Unopened and unused skincare products may be returned within 7–14 days (choose your time frame) of purchase for a store credit.
Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned.
If a product causes a documented allergic reaction, an exchange or store credit may be offered.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
They may be used toward any eligible service or product.
5. Late, Missed, or Cancelled Appointments
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
No-shows may result in loss of deposit or a charge equivalent to the service booked.

Because medical aesthetics results vary by individual, no guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes. Our providers will always recommend a treatment plan tailored to your needs for the best possible results.
